2025 New England Winterfest College Showcase-College Coaches

THE NIKE NEW ENGLAND WINTERFEST IS HOSTING A COLLEGE SHOWCASE DURING WEEKEND #2!

Event Date: Friday, January 17, 2025
Event Location: Exhibit Hall at the Connecticut Convention Center
Athlete Registration Fee: $125 if registered by January 1st; $175 after January 1st and before January 10th (space permitting)
Athlete/Coach Registration Opens: December 1, 2024 (No onsite registrations)
Athlete Registration Closes: January 10, 2025 (OR once Maximum Capacity of 200 is reached)
Max Registration: 200 athletes (first-come, first-serve basis)
Eligible Student-Athletes: Currently enrolled Girls in the Grad Year of 2025, 2026, or 20267

SHOWCASE FORMAT:

The showcase will provide all athletes with numbered shirts. All shirts are color-coded by graduation year.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

College Coaches:
- Invitations will be extended to college coaches across the Northeast.
- List of Athletes attending the Showcase along with grad year, position, major interests, etc. will be provided electronically the day before the event begins.
Court Coaches:
- All coaches MUST have an active USA Volleyball membership to run courts. If you are not a USA Volleyball member already, go to the NERVA Registration page to purchase a membership!
- All court coaches will receive a $150 VISA gift card and exclusive NIKE New England Winterfest merchandise for participating.
- All court coach applications will be vetted by the Showcase Committee and notification of acceptance or waitlist given within 3 days of application date.
- Court Coaches Register to work the Showcase by creating an account with SportWrench as a Staff Member (or enabling your account to be a staff member if you already have one) and then making an application through your staff account on SportWrench to be on staff for the NIKE New England Winterfest College Showcase.
