This site is operated by TeamLVC, Inc. (also known as Legion Volleyball Club), a youth volleyball club based at 25 Walker Way, Section 2A, Albany, NY 12205. You can reach us at legionvbc@gmail.com with any question about this policy.

This website does not ask you to create an account, and it has no contact, payment or sign-up forms. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment details through this site.

The site stores a small amount of information in your own browser so it behaves sensibly between visits:

• Whether you dismissed the seasonal announcement banner, so it stays dismissed.
• Your cookie preference, so we do not ask again on every page.

If you accept analytics cookies, we use them to count visits and see which pages are used, so we know what to improve. Analytics are not loaded at all unless you accept, and we do not use them to identify individual visitors or to advertise to you. You can change your mind at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer.

Tryout, camp, clinic and program registration and all payments are handled by LeagueApps, a separate company, on their own website. When you follow a registration link you leave this site, and anything you enter there is covered by LeagueApps' privacy policy, not this one.

We also link to third-party sites including NCAA, NCSA, AVCA, NAIA, JVA, University Athlete, Hudl, Google Forms and our social media accounts. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for how they handle your information.

This site publishes team rosters, jersey numbers, coaching assignments, college commitments and photographs of club athletes, including athletes under 18. These are published by the club as part of running the program and supporting college recruiting.

If you are an athlete or the parent or guardian of an athlete and you want a photograph, name or any other detail removed, email legionvbc@gmail.com and we will take it down. We do not require a reason.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. Because this site collects no personal information from visitors, there is nothing of that kind to share.

If we change how this site works, we will update this page and the date shown at the top. Material changes will be noted on the page rather than made quietly.
