- SPECTATOR REGISTRATION INFORMATION
- 2024-2025 ADMISSION PROCEDURES:
- To keep our events private and better protect our junior athletes participating in events this season, all spectators will need to enter their TEAM CODE at the Coupon Code prompt to access and purchase admission. Spectators will need to ask their Club Director for their team code which will be used to access admission for each NERVA event they attend!
- This season, spectators will have the option to purchase a Daily or Tournament pass. Passes are for SINGLE PERSON admission ONLY and CANNOT be shared between spectators. There are no limitations on admission at this time for this event. Updates will immediately be provided to Club Directors if this status changes at any time. Multiple passes can be purchased at once! Admission will open 1 week before the tournament on SportWrench .
- AGAIN IN 2025 -> EARLY BIRD PRICING:
- We will be offering Early Bird Pricing from the opening date of admission until 9PM the day before the event begins! See early bird pricing below:
- Early Bird Daily Pass: $15.00 each
- Early Bird Tournament Pass: $35.00 each
- After 9PM on the day before the event, early bird pricing will no longer be available. See standard pricing below:
- Standard Daily Pass: $18.00 each
- Standard Tournament Pass: $45.00 each
- All spectators will need to show their pass with a corresponding photo ID to enter and re-enter the event. Only children 10 & Under are admitted free.

- Event Date: Thursday, March 5th, 2026
- Event Location: Hall A at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center
- Athlete Registration Fee: $140 if registered BEFORE January 25th; $225 if registered by February 20th (space permitting)
- Athlete/Coach Registration Opens: January 5, 2026 (no onsite registrations)
- Max Registration: 300 athletes (first-come, first-serve basis - SIZES NOT GUARANTEED)
- Eligible Student-Athletes: Currently enrolled Boys and Girls in the Grad Year of 2026, 2027 or 2028

- Showcase Format:
- 5:30PM to 6:15PM: Athlete Check-In & Self Warm-up
- 6:15PM to 6:30PM: Showcase starts with Introductions
- 6:30PM to 8:00PM: Coach-led Drills & Timed Scrimmages
- The showcase will provide all athletes with numbered shirts. All shirts are color-coded by graduation year.
- Registration Information:
- All domestic athletes MUST have an active USA Volleyball membership to participate. If you are not a USA Volleyball member already, go to the NERVA Registration page to purchase a membership! 2025-2026 NERVA Tryout memberships will be accepted.
- Foreign Athletes do not need USAV memberships to register.
- Athletes should come dressed and ready to play. Please bring your own water and participation gear!
- Registrations accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Sizes are not guaranteed. No onsite registrations allowed.
